How cancellations, refunds and access revocation work for paid products and services.
Scope shown before payment
The product, currency, price and deliverable must be shown before checkout. Payment covers that scope and never guarantees an immigration outcome.
Cancellation and refund review
Eligibility for a refund depends on the product, work already performed and the accepted engagement terms. Contact support with the order email and receipt reference.
Access after reversal
A confirmed refund or payment dispute revokes the related digital entitlement. The signed Stripe webhook—not a browser action—updates access.
