Data minimization

Public planning tools are designed for broad, non-sensitive answers. Do not enter passport numbers, UCI or application numbers, medical or criminal history, banking details, identity documents, or other sensitive case records.

Consultation requests

The consultation form sends your name, email, optional situation summary, selected service or topic, consent, and the page section where the form was opened through EmailJS. GrandConsult does not write consultation submissions to the website CMS database. Hosting and form-delivery providers may process limited technical and security logs required to deliver and protect the service.

Analytics

Optional analytics run only after consent. Events and properties use a strict allowlist; free text and immigration identifiers are excluded.

Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change optional analytics consent. Contact privacy@grandconsult.ca to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable requirements.
