How to speak French in a week

I'll teach you to speak French in a week❗️❗️❗️
This kind of advertising always amuses me. I think you’ll agree that speaking any language takes regular, deliberate practice. How long that takes depends on what you already know, your available time, perseverance, confidence and so on.
But even if the student is super-capable and motivated, 7 days is very little.
Therefore, I never “trump” such deadlines, but I can give some tips on how to speak French faster:
✅Speak from the first lessons, a little bit at a time, no matter how difficult it is. Get used to hearing your voice. The speech apparatus must adapt to unusual sounds. If not at all, start with a short phonetic course to understand the peculiarities of French articulation.
✅Record yourself with a voice recorder. To begin with, you can simply read the texts. Then learn small passages and reproduce from memory. Next, ask yourself a familiar topic and reason for a few minutes. By listening to recordings, you will quickly begin to catch and correct errors immediately. Find out the words parasites, understand what vocabulary you are missing, etc.
✅Practice speaking regularly.
✅Listen to original French speech (news, podcasts) and try to at least briefly retell what you heard.
✅Practice oral speech in dialogue with another person. I had a post about how and where to find a native speaker. But it could also be a Russian-speaking teacher. The main thing is that you feel comfortable with him, that you meet regularly and benefit from this communication.
Not everyone finds it easy to speak up right away, and that's okay. You can draw an analogy with sports training, when at first you don’t want to exercise, untrained muscles hurt, you go through the force... But some time passes, and you get a thrill from what’s starting to work out.
So it is with speaking. At some point, the tongue stops slurring, ready-made phrases fly out faster, speech becomes fluent and easy. Hard training brings results!
