Submit a request on the website with your name, email address and a brief description of your question. We will email you to clarify the details and agree on a date and time, then send a payment link for the consultation.

Once the date and time are agreed, we will email you a payment link. No payment is required when submitting a request on the website. The consultation fee is CAD 160 + tax.

A consultation is suitable when you need answers to one complex question or several specific questions about your immigration situation.

For example:

• it is unclear how the requirements apply to your particular case
• you need to compare several possible options and choose your next steps
• you want to check your reasoning before investing time and money in the next stage
• there is a specific complex issue that determines your next steps

An application review is appropriate when most of the preparation is complete and the forms, documents, timeline and consistency of information need to be checked before submission.

The consultation includes:

• instructions to prepare for the meeting
• 50-minute individual consultation on Zoom
• a detailed review of your questions and the relevant circumstances
• analysis of complex or ambiguous issues
• recommendations for next steps
• a written summary after the meeting

The consultation does not include:

• a full review of an application and a large set of documents
• preparing and submitting an application on your behalf
• ongoing case management
• answers to new questions after the consultation

Clients may not make audio or video recordings of the consultation.

We will confirm the meeting topic by email and let you know what information and materials to prepare.

To make the meeting as focused as possible, please prepare in advance:

• a detailed description of your situation
• a list of questions
• documents and information directly related to the consultation topic
• relevant information about family members if it affects the matter under review

You must sign a consultation agreement before the meeting.

Yes. If documents are needed for a complete discussion of the issue, they must be provided in advance.

Ordinary materials can be sent by email. If the assessment requires a large volume of confidential documents, access to secure storage will be provided if needed.

If you need a full review of a large package before submission, that is a separate service — application review.

Within 24 hours of the meeting, you will receive an emailed written summary of the questions we had time to address.

It will include:

• the main answers and conclusions
• points needing additional verification or clarification are identified
• next steps are listed
• links, examples and other useful resources are added where needed

Yes, if it is relevant to the situation being discussed.

If the discussion concerns a shared family immigration matter, your spouse or partner may join the consultation.

We first address the questions you sent before the consultation and for which the meeting was scheduled.

• We aim to cover the topics identified in advance as fully as possible within 50 minutes
• If we cannot cover all the details of a question in the time available, we will, where possible, identify the next steps and include the necessary guidance in the written summary
• If new, separate questions arise during the meeting and require their own analysis, they are addressed in a subsequent consultation

We review not only each document individually but also the application as a whole: whether the information is consistent and genuinely supported by the materials provided.

Application review does not include managing or submitting the application on the client’s behalf. The consultant does not act as the client’s representative under this service.

There is no fixed limit on the number of pages or forms. The scope depends on the application itself and the review needed for the specific situation.

You can complete the forms, prepare the documents and assemble the entire package yourself, then submit it for a professional review before filing.

You continue preparing your application independently, while getting an additional check that you are on the right track before submitting.

With full representation, the consultant takes responsibility for managing a specific application or an agreed stage of the case.

This could be, for example, an immigration program application, a provincial or federal stage, a work permit, a study permit, a status extension, family sponsorship, citizenship or another separate process.

Before work begins:

• we determine the specific application or stage we will handle
• we agree on what the consultant will do and what information the client will need to provide
• we define the service scope, timeline and cost
• we sign an agreement setting out the terms of the work

The consultant then manages the case within the scope set out in the agreement: coordinates preparation, reviews the information and documents provided, completes the required forms and carries out the actions included in the specific service.

Fees are calculated individually for each case.

It depends on the scope of work, the application type or stage, the complexity of the situation, the number of family members, the documents involved and the timelines.

The final fees, scope of service and payment terms are agreed before work begins and recorded in the service agreement.

Work begins after the advance payment required by the agreement has been made.

The consultation starts and ends at the originally scheduled times.

If the client joins late without prior agreement, the meeting will still end at the originally scheduled time.

Consultation times can only be changed in advance and by agreement.

More than 24 hours before the meeting:

• you may reschedule once at no charge for another available time, by agreement
• if you cancel, any refund is determined by the agreement and the work already completed in preparation for the meeting

24 hours or less before the meeting:

• the consultation fee is non-refundable
• rescheduling is not available

If the consultant cancels the consultation, you may choose a refund or reschedule at no charge for another available time.

Yes.

If, within 14 calendar days after the consultation, you decide to retain us for full representation, sign the service agreement and make the payment required by that agreement, the consultation fee is credited toward the total cost of full representation.

In addition to the consultant’s fees, expenses related to government procedures and third-party services are payable separately.

• police certificates

• notary and commissioner services
• courier and postage costs
• other necessary third-party services

If these expenses are required for your case, they are payable separately from the consultant’s fees.

Yes.

We work remotely with clients in different countries. Consultations take place on Zoom, and subsequent communication and the exchange of necessary materials are also organized online.

We work in Russian, French and English. The consultant speaks both of Canada’s official languages, French and English. The written summary after the consultation can be prepared in any of these three languages.

No.

Working with a regulated immigration consultant cannot guarantee a successful application, an invitation, status or approval.

The relevant government authority makes the decision, which is outside the consultant’s control.

Working with a consultant also does not guarantee expedited processing or a specific decision date from the government authority.

The consultant’s role is to assess the circumstances of the case professionally, identify requirements and risks, prepare or review the application within the agreed scope, and carry out their work under the agreement.
